baked, grilled, blanched or fried it’s a super flexible vegetable with a big and manipulable taste and it’s ready portioned into perfect bite sized balls. I mean it’s natures greatest fast food. Always tasting best when not cooked into submission but just teased to a crunchy flavour explosion. And it’s super healthy.
