Hodgins Sausages is a family-run business that nestles in the rolling hills outside of Mitchelstown, Co. Cork. They are Bord Bia approved using only 100% Irish pork produced by Irish Farmers and they continue to use their time-honoured traditional recipe. Mervin Hodgins and his wife Monica have developed a range of award-winning sausages that combine old fashioned quality with modern dietary demands. They have a wide range of delicious MSG free sausages and puddings such as their traditional, gluten free and low fat products. Hodgins Sausages combine the finest quality Irish pork with a tasty blend of spices which is one of the many reasons why they have won so many awards!
